Maxx Tech Social Media Giveaway Contest as of 17/04/25

1. Eligibility: The giveaway contest is open to participants who meet the following criteria:
   - Reside in The United Kingdom
   - Are 18 years of age or older
   - Are not employees of Maxx Tech or their affiliates, nor members of their immediate families or households.

2. Entry: To enter, participants must follow the instructions outlined in the contest post on the viewed social media post. Entry requirements may include liking, sharing, following, commenting or tagging friends. Entries complete, accurate, or submitted after the deadline will be disqualified.

3. Duration: The giveaway contest starts 17/04/25 and ends 08/05/25 at 12pm BST. Only entries submitted before the deadline will be considered.

4. Prize: The winner will receive 1x Maxx Tech Switch 2 Carry Case with Hyper Sentinel downloadable game code & 1x Joy-Con Wheels Kit. The prize, as defined in the terms, is non-transferable, and there will be no cash alternatives to it. Maxx Tech reserves the right to substitute the prize with a product or service of equal value.

5. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries by the deadline. The winner will be notified using their chosen social media platform via direct message within 14 days after the deadline. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, another winner will be selected.

6. Publicity: By participating in the giveaway contest, the winner agrees to allow Maxx Tech to use their name, photograph, and likeness for promotional and advertising purposes without compensation.

7. Liability: Maxx Tech is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to participants or their property related to their participation in the giveaway contest. Participants agree to release and hold harmless Maxx Tech and their affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the giveaway contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

8. Governing Law: The giveaway contest and these terms and conditions are governed by and construed per the laws of The United Kingdom.

9. Modification: Maxx Tech reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway contest without notice. Maxx Tech also reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice.
